"Bob" Robert Kenneth Johnson

Robert Kenneth "Bob" Johnson, age 87, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Julia Faye Hampton Johnson, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born February 6, 1937 in Oklahoma. Bob was a member of the Allen Baptist Church, a US Marine Veteran, retired from the Speedway Corporation, a retired law enforcement officer in California and was a current Deputy with the Floyd County Sheriffs Department.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter; Brenda (Jeremy) Burgess, Memphis, TN; two step sons; Greg (Jami) Fleenor, Elkhorn City, KY, Todd (Nicole) Crabtree, Lawrenceburg, KY; four step grandchildren; Lauren Fleenor, Lesli Fleenor, Bailey McCoy, Caiden Crabtree

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Allen Baptist Church, Allen, KY, with Dwayne Raines officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY, visitation will be after 6:00 pm Friday at the funeral home and from 12 noon until the time of service Saturday at the church, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY
